Trop­i­cal Dream Smoothie


The taste of tropical paradise! A delicious, thick smoothie full of fiber, vitamin C, Vitamin A, minerals, enzymes, and the anti-inflammatory power of ginger root. While a Hawaiian vacation may not be possible in this exact moment, this smoothie may very well become the next best thing. Feel free to add a little coconut water for a thinner consistency.



1 banana

1 orange

1 cup of pineapple

1/2 inch knob of ginger



1) Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth

Pineap­ple is sweet juicy and deli­cious and are loaded with vit­a­mins and min­er­als includ­ing vit­a­min A, vit­a­min C, cal­cium, phos­pho­rus, and potas­sium, man­ganese, vit­a­min B1, B6. Pineapple’s high brome­lain con­tent is believed to be respon­si­ble for the fruit’s many health ben­e­fits includ­ing its potent anti-inflammatory qualities.

Oranges are known to be rich in Vit­a­min C, and bananas high in potassium.
